The registered office of the company is at V.B. Udyog, St. Vincent Road, Ernakulam, Cochin; the commercial capital of Kerala (India). The office is equipped with modern communication facilities and the company's General Manager, based at Ernakulam is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the company.
The spices factory is situated in Ambazakad about 50 kms. from Cochin Sea Port. The Chalakudy railway station is about 5 kms. away. The strategic location of the factory for easy movement of raw materials & shipment of finished products contributes to the company's commitment to deliver shipments on time, every time.
Equipped with modern Powdering machine, Destoner, Swifter automatic weighing and sealing machines, Shrink packing machines; Dittex's products are packed according to international standards. Before the products are sent to the clients, they are tested at Testing centers that are approved by the Indian Government. The factory is also equipped with modern communication facilities.
The quality of the products is tested at all the levels of processing, right from selecting the finest quality of raw materials until the loading of the Pallets into the container. The quality supervisors of the company ensure that high standards of quality are maintained.
Dittex also exports coffee beans (green and roasted) to various countries. Out of the range the Arabica and Robusta green coffee beans are exported to the Gulf countries.
